Why Called The Valuer ?

I love investment and sharing then learning. One simple principle I follow "Pay 50 cents for a Dollar".

The key is defining the 'dollar'.
One need to be able calculate this 'dollar' with high probability (no need high accuracy) in order to success in investment. Someone who can estimate the future value of an asset with high probability of getting it right - THE VALUER.

I am a Warren Buffett follower. And I think he is a great valuer, therefore a great investor. I don't think he can value 99% of the asset in this world. But he is very clear about the 1% of asset he can value with high probability of getting it right. The next step is simply paying 50 cents for that dollar.
